One of our most important characteristics is how few events we cater on a given day. We have a full-time staff of chefs and office personnel typical of a production catering company. By choice, we usually cater only one to two events a day, a key component to producing a remarkable event. we cater primarily large events, such as weddings, landmark birthdays, bar or bat mitzvahs, or other celebrations.
